To import clients into your CreativePro Office account, go to Settings then click the Data tab. Then click the panel labeled "Import data from other software". The system currently accepts imports for Clients and Contacts in CSV format. More instructions can be found here...

Currently, this feature is not available in CreativePro Office. Input fields cannot be changed or user defined for projects, clients, or invoices.
When you create a client, they are sent a welcome message and random password which they can change. They access the client area from the login screen using the email address that you entered when creating their client account.
Your project should have gone to the trash when you first deleted it so click the little trash can icon in the lower-right corner of the screen. Click Projects and you should see your project in there. Then click the Restore icon (the green arrow) to bring your project back.
To create a project template, create your project, add any tasks, files, team members, expenses, or notes. Then click the little blue down arrow next to the project title in the project detail view. You should then see a menu item called Create Template. Selecting this menu item will bring up the template creation dialog window. More details can be found in this

Make sure that your team members have the correct time-zone set. If you don't set a time-zone for your team members, the system will use the server time-zone to calculate dates and times which will likely not be accurate. You can set the time-zones for your team members in the My Team area. Click the Edit icon next to the team member, scroll down and find the Timezone field, select the correct timezone and click Save.
You can add comments to tasks. At this time, you cannot specify which team members assigned to the task receive the message. Messages go to all assigned team members. Also, while team members receive message notification by email they cannot reply to the message and have the message post to the task. We are currently working on implementing this feature.
