This coming weekend (Feb. 12, 13) CreativePro Office will most likely experience some downtime as we upgrade our server capacity. We've had a lot of new users sign up over the past couple of months and we're hoping to speed things up a bit.
@Amanda If there is any downtime at all, it could be any time during the weekend, Sat the 12th or Sun the 13th. We don't have a lot of control over exactly when the server upgrade is completed but we can limit it to a 48 hour period. Also, the downtime may be so short as to be unnoticeable. We use Slicehost as our hosting provider and so far my impression of them is that they are timely, professional, and they understand that their clients cannot have downtime. I'm thinking the upgrade will go quickly with little impact on uptime.
Thanks!

Hi Jeff,
I'm glad to see that you are alive. I am on a trial with CreativePro Office and love many of its features. However, there are quite a few bugs. I have sent you three messages so far. It would really be nice if you were to answer at least one of them so that I know you are out there, that you are aware of the problems I have mentioned and are working on them. Or that you are now finding out about these problems and will begin to do something about them.
All of these things count when you are on a trial. It helps to make decisions about which project management solution is serious and which is lukewarm. Thank you for some attention, Judy
Thanks for giving CreativePro Office a try! We've had a lot of activity on the site in the past few days since CPO version 1 has been closed (Feb 6th) and we're trying to address issues in the order they come to us. We appreciate everyone's patience during the transition.
