Task notifications by email are now available within CreativePro Office.  To activate, simply click on the Settings icon in the upper-right, then click the Email tab.  Now look for the checkbox labelled 'Receive email notifications when ... My tasks are overdue or coming due.' Check that box, click the Save button, and you'll begin receiving email reminders.

Two different notifications are sent out for overdue tasks and tasks with approaching deadlines. You'll begin receiving overdue notifications once per week for overdue tasks (more frequently if you have many overdue tasks). You'll receive upcoming notifications once a day if you have any tasks that are due within about 1 week or less.

Is it possible to not only receive email messages from CreativePro Office, but also reply to the messages via email? In other words, is it possible to read the message from my email, then replay via email and see my response within CreativePro Office and have it reply to whomever began the message?

Hi Jess,
We are currently working on this exact feature. Our plan is to roll it out first for tasks and then expand to cover generic messages.

Also, we'd like to explore the possibility of being able to forward task emails from other task management systems to CPO and have them automatically create tasks.

We're hoping to have this rolled out by early June.

Thanks Jess!

i am trying your product on a personal level. We currently use Basecamp for the company but wanted something cleaner and simpler and honestly a little cheaper. . In my trial version, i created a project and a task , AND checked the box to get an email when a task was assigned, but i have not received an email for the task.

please help, is this a feature not supported in the trial version?
