It's been a busy week here at UpStart Productions. On Tuesday, 2 of my apps were submitted to
Buzzshout and traffic has spiked for most of the week. It's dramatically tapering off now as I suspected. CreativePro Office saw more than 50 new registered users which isn't much for the likes of Digg but for CPO, it's downright dramatic.
Everyone has been very cool and very patient. The feedback has generally been positive and critiques have been constructive. So, thanks a lot, guys! I appreciate your willingness to give CPO a shot - even just to kick the tires.
Special thanks to Pali over at AfterThe.net . After giving CPO a fine review on Buzzshout, he raved about it some more in this post . Thanks a million, Pali!
Anyone who registered can see there's plenty of work yet to be done. However, the feedback so far tells me that, fundamentally, CPO is on the right track. It's lacking some features right now and there are bugs, but it's easy to set up and begin using immediately and folks seem to like that.
Thanks for reading.

Jun 10, 2007well I have an idea for supporting JEf and his endevors, lets see if its ok to post examples of a great logo---logo contest--- and provide this to CPO for his awesome contribution to this project management arena.
also do you have a payapl account, perhaps we can throw in a few donations for the great work and upcoming features!
thanks , this thing kicks butt over paid apps.
one last thing if we had to pay for this (based on relative products and services) what would the community willing to pay?
where can we post the answers and feedback
peace and take care all!!

Jun 11, 2007Thanks a lot for your great support guys! It means more than you know.
Brad, I know from your bug posts that you've had less than a perfect ride with CPO and I truly appreciate your patience while I get things worked out. You've contributed some great ideas too!
Joey, I have thought seriously about wiring up a voluntary contribution Pay-Pal button and I might actually do that here in the next couple of weeks or so. I wanted to give CPO users a few months to play "guilt free" before the begging started in order to get some solid feedback from people :)
Look for a blog post soon on my thoughts around a subscription model for CPO and users can post feedback there. In the meantime, feel free to leave a post in the forum or email me directly at Jeff@CreativeProOffice.com.
Thanks again, guys!
